We re-designed Plenish’s online identity and built them a new e-commerce site, migrating from Magento to WooCommerce. Taking the online shopping experience to the next level, we created the ability to build custom boxes, a personalisation quiz to support recommendations and stockist finder powered by Google Sheets. The launch of the new website increased revenue by a staggering 127% and the imporved checkout process brought the website conversion rate up to a healthy 12%.
